Certification Procedure


TURQUM® Processes proceed in the following order.

  • Company Application
  • Examination Company Application Documents
  • On-Site TURQUM® Inspection to the Company
  • Certification
  • Periodical Controls

"Our manufacturing companies that want to have the TURQUM® Manufacturer Qualification Badge can acquire the TURQUM® Certificate in 5 stages. In order for the company to receive the TURQUM® Badge, it must have been manufacturing for at least 3 years and exporting for 1 year."

We welcome you to the TURQUM® Manufacturer Qualification Mark.

Online Application

Candidate companies that want to acquire the TURQUM® Badge will be able to submit their company and product information using TURQUM® Online Application service. Required documents for the preliminary examination can also be requested and recieved by using TURQUM® Online Application service.

Candidate companies with sufficient company information and document review will be contacted for on-site inspection, and the certification phases will be completed sequentially.

To apply for TURQUM® Certification;

Sample Question Set

Includes questions to be asked by the Audit Team to the company officials during the on-site inspection of the candidate company that wants to acquire the TURQUM® Certificate. However, the questions to be used in the Inspection are not limited to the Sample Question Set.

Validity Period

The validity period of the TURQUM® Manufacturer Qualification Certificate is 1 (ONE) year.

Renewal

Companies whose certificate expires can extend the period of their certificates for 1 more year with Periodic Audit.
